Dear Colleagues.
Regarding the last question of the quis (about framework agreements). I marked all the answers as I thought that within a framework agreement it is possible to procure many different products. Example: a framework agreement to provide Technological equipment such as laptops, computer screens, keyboards etc. etc. If many different products are detailed in the framework areement which is valid for 1 year: would it be possible to acquire those items? or are framework agreements really only for one type of product?

Framework agreement with a specific car dealer only services car agreements. The agreement does not allow dealings outside the agreed item.
A framework agreement covers certain set of items originally agreed upon. And you can only operate within that context.
