This is a rather complex case, which would go beyond the scope of this course as there is no generic answer to it. Please submit a request via Procurement Portal for a consultation with FiVa or contract management team to discuss in detail.

Please make sure to submit a possibly detailed description of your case: What is the issue, what are the limitations and why do they occur? What is available on the ground? Who does have access to the locations / facilities and what can be obtained there? Could you discuss potential solutions with the recipient, can (s)he suggest what’s feasible? In any case, it would be a commissioning manager’s (AV) responsibility to figure out a feasible solution.
